About The Band

Escape Velocity is:

Vinnie Siegel - Bass Guitar

Mathew Roosa - Drums

Mike D'Arrigo - Guitar

Robbie Padilla - Keyboards​​​

EV's members come from diverse musical backgrounds ranging from rock to funk, jam to jazz. Vinnie currently plays out in another local band as a guitarist, Matt is a classically trained percussionist, Robbie is a performing concert pianist and professional musician, and Mike D has recently moved back to Syracuse after living and performing in multiple bands in Atlanta, GA.

Escape Velocity aims to take danceable music from various genres and add its own spin with extensive improv to create a unique and groovy experience for every performance.
